Why is it important to have a healthy sleeping routine? Is it OK to "indulge" once in a while with junk food like M&Ms?  When should plastic surgery be a viable option? These questions and more will be answered by the panelists, who will engage D-E parents, faculty, staff and alumni at this evening event on how to feel good both inside and out - tackling, in particular, just how stress and anxiety affect one’s skin, body, mind, and well-being.
