“Time is of the essence to get our fabrics to the right parties who can convert them into masks and barrier screens,” says Yaffa, of his work at BMT, an international merchant and distributor specializing in natural, biodegradable and environmentally friendly products used in a variety of markets.
With the COVID-19 outbreak leading to a shortage of necessities for medical professionals, a number of companies are coming together with their infrastructure and expertise to create supplies. BMT, which sells AllergyGuard and VirusGuard Fabric that block most bacteria and allergens, is hoping to partner with companies who can make masks and barrier screens to fight COVID-19.
BMT and Bill are not only trying to help in the fight against Covid-19 by selling masks, but they are also doing their best to give companies who have the ability to convert the BMT VirusGuard Fabrics into finished products the opportunity to stay in or grow their businesses.
“We have enjoyed a very enthusiastic response from many parties in the short period of time since becoming involved in the mask and barrier screen fabric market,” Yaffa says. “We all look forward to better days ahead.
