Please complete this form to nominate a former student-athlete, a team, a supporter, or a coach to the Dwight-Englewood Athletic Hall of Fame. Nominations are accepted at all times. However, nominations for the 2024 Athletic Hall of Fame Award consideration are due on January 12, 2024. The ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024.
