Technology is a critical part of the educational experience at Dwight Englewood. At D-E we believe that students learn most effectively when they can construct meaning from the world around them, and we believe that technology enables them to do this in very special ways. Our Film course uses digital video and editing to teach students how to tell a story through short films. Students in Art History learn how to deliver presentations effectively using presentation software to appropriately augment effective verbal skills. English classes have found computers and projectors to be useful tools in group editing activities.
